In order that we may reserve the proper amount of booth space for you at the upcoming Northern California Exotic Bird, Reptile and Supply Exposition, please fill out this form completely.

NOTE: This is not a contract, nor is it a guarantee that space is available. Booth assignments will be handled on a first come, first serve basis for location. Please reserve space with your deposit as soon as possible. As promoters of the show, we reserve the right to refuse booth space to anyone.

Set-Up Hours...

Saturday: (11:30am - 4:00pm. All Vendors must be out by of the building by 4:00pm on Set-Up day)

Sunday: (6:00am - 8:30am. Show opens to the public, promptly at 9:00am, closes at 4:00pm. Building must be vacated by 6:00pm on show day)

With the acceptance of this application along with payment in full, vendor agrees to the following. Violations may be cause for expulsion from the show.

1. On show date, be set-up and ready for business at 9:00am and stay set-up until the end of the show 4:00pm.
2. Obey all laws and abide by California Assemble Bill AB202 regarding the sale of baby birds while conducting business in an ethical manner. 
3. Must submit a valid and legal State of California resale number.
4. Booth will not be sublet without written authorization by Northern California Exotic Bird & Supply Expo.
5. All livestock is to be in good health, in clean appropriately sized cages. Vendor agrees to stand behind the health of any livestock sold. NO POULTRY: PIGEONS, CHICKENS OR DUCKS
6. ALL animals must be confined to your booth space during the show. 
7. NO REFUNDS will be given for any cancellation 10 days or less before any show.
8. For cancellations made 11 days or longer before any show, half of your payment will be credited toward the next show.
9. At the end of the show. please be sure to place your trash in the garbage cans, break down your boxes and place them neatly outside the door nearest your booth. We will sweep the floors once the building has been vacated. Thank you for you cooperation.
